Our HISTORY. In 1995, Julie and Tim Bonansinga opened a staffing franchise in Quincy, Illinois. Julie brought hands-on experience in building and managing teams in a corporate environment while Tim contributed experience in litigation, corporate counsel, and regulation. Their original company became Inter-Connect Employment Services in 2012 and resulted in expansions and years of business success.
