Health Benefits

Health insurance benefits are available to Inter-Connect employees at the start of the first month after 30 days. You will be provided a description of the benefits program during new hire orientation.

Vacation and Holiday Pay

You are eligible for holiday pay after 440 hours and vacation pay after 1,000 hours — much sooner than many other staffing agencies.

The six recognized holidays are:

Independence Day

Referral Bonuses

Earn $200 to $1,000 for every new hire you refer. There are no limits on the number of people you can refer, but they must last at least one month on the job. It’s an excellent way to supplement your income!
