Placement types

Temporary

Temporary jobs are short-term assignments that can last from several hours to a year. They are a great way for you to gain new skills (or improve old ones), network with potential employers and bridge gaps in employment. Employers sometimes hire temporary employees who make a great impression if a position becomes available.

Temp-to-Hire

As a temp-to-hire employee, you will work at a client location for about three to six months while remaining an Inter-Connect employee. As our employee, you receive all compensation and benefits through us. At the end of the trial period, you are eligible to be hired by the company. This is a win-win arrangement for employers and employees because you each get to see if the position and the company are the right fit for you.

Direct Hire

Unlike temporary or temp-to-hire, you are never an Inter-Connect employee since you are hired directly for a permanent position with one of our clients. Therefore, you receive all compensation and benefits through our client.
